Since 1989 the Alpha and Omega Christian Motorsport Team has been taking the Christian gospel to the motorsport world. The team are based in Suffolk and with their Ford Escort RS Cosworth not only witness at race events with the bible text “You must be born again” on both sides of the rally car, but also share the gospel at Youth, men’s and other outreach events.
We are now preparing to compete in the Bill Cammack Memorial Trophy Rally, on Saturday 2nd June. The last time we were there in 2007 it was slightly damp! (See picture) The event has moved to a new date. this year with the increased daylight and better weather the organisers aim to repeat the same high standard of previous years but with some more interesting sections to test the driver. There will be eight stages altogether with some 40 – 50 miles of competitive motoring.
We look forward to having John Clayton from clayton motorsport, this is John’s first time to co-drive for the team.
